Here’s a Little About Me

Hi there! I’m Salina, born and raised in NYC, where the constant buzz of the city and its endless creativity shaped my love for the arts. My journey started in healthcare with a psychology background, but I quickly realized that my true passion was problem-solving in a way that could make people’s lives easier and more enjoyable. That’s how I found my way to UX design, where I get to combine my empathy for people with my love for creative problem-solving. There’s nothing more satisfying than turning a complex issue into a seamless, user-friendly experience.

When I’m not designing, you’ll probably find me with a camera in hand—whether it’s black-and-white film or diving into digital photography (still figuring out those settings!). I also enjoy the meditative process of ceramics and pottery, where I can literally shape something with my hands. Traveling is another big passion of mine; I’m always searching for new places to explore and fresh perspectives to inspire my work and life.
